1. As a current GoPro PLUS subscriber, when benefits change, do I get access to what’s new?
Yep. You’ll get the program’s new benefits for the same low price of $4.99 per month. 


2. How do I exchange my camera?
Start your exchange by contacting Customer Support at
gopro.com/help/ContactUs.

3. Which cameras are eligible?
Fusion, HERO5 and later GoPro cameras can be exchanged.1

4. If I cancel and sign up for GoPro PLUS again, do I continue to get the damaged camera replacement benefit?
You sure do. And, you still get two camera exchanges per initial anniversary subscription year. It doesn’t start over for the year when you renew.   


5. I’m currently a GoPro Care subscriber. Will a PLUS subscription affect this? 
No. Your active GoPro Care policy will continue. But feel free to subscribe to GoPro PLUS to get all of the cloud, discount and exchange benefits for just $4.99 per month. Try it for free for 30 days. Cancel anytime.

6. Do I have to return my damaged GoPro as a part of the exchange benefit of PLUS?
Yes. We’ll supply a return shipping label for your damaged camera. Start your exchange by contacting Customer Support at
gopro.com/help/ContactUs.

7. Does the damaged camera replacement benefit of PLUS cover lost cameras?
Sorry, no. We need a camera shipped back to us to offer an exchange.

8. Is there a fee for the damaged camera replacement?
Yes. This will depend on which camera you exchange. The fee is listed by product in the table below.

9. What happens if I’ve used up both my exchanges before the end of my subscription anniversary year?
You’ll continue to have all the benefits of PLUS, which includes unlimited cloud storage of GoPro  photos and videos,2 and up to 50% off mounts and accessories.3 After completing your subscription anniversary year, your two damaged camera replacement credits will be available during the next year.


10. Can I exchange my damaged camera if it’s more than two years old?
You can. This benefit includes Fusion, HERO5 and later GoPro cameras.1


11. Can I exchange multiple devices with this benefit?
You can exchange up to two cameras per subscription anniversary year as part of this benefit.
